  3. Make sure to include your name, phone number and mailing address. Tax receipts will be mailed after the donation has been processed.

*Your donation will go directly to the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, a 501(c) (3) tax exempt nonprofit. The Institute for Responsible Nutrition is currently in the process of obtaining its 501(c)(3) nonprofit status from the IRS. While the Institute for Responsible Nutrition is waiting for this process to be completed, Silicon Valley Community Foundation, a nonprofit public benefit corporation with 501(c)(3) tax exempt status, has agreed to act as the Institute for Responsible Nutrition’s fiscal sponsor and accept tax-deductible gifts on its behalf. All Donations made to Silicon Valley Community Foundation and designated to the Institute for Responsible Nutrition are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
